Come stay in this beautiful and relaxing Hawaiian Decor two bedroom, two bathroom with spectacular ocean views. The place is just steps to Beach from lanai. There is a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
There are new flat screen TVs with cable in both the living room and master bedroom. The place has wifi and a stereo with an iPod Doc. There are fans in all the rooms.

*The Pool - Located next to the beach, the pool is open from 8:30am til 8:30pm.
*The Fish Pond - Located directly in front of the building. The historically important 16th century Alii (Royal) Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. Protected by offshore reefs, the Pond provides safe swimming for children and those wishing to avoid heavy surf. The Hawaiians still fish in the Pond, on occasion, using the old "throw net" method and occasionally use torches at night to attract the fish.
*Free Parking - On grounds free parking is provided in the center of the building which is patroled by security regularly.
*The Roof Barbeque Area - The roof barbequeing area is equiped with propane fueled grills, picnic tables with fabulous sunsets and views of the entire south shore of Maui and surrounding islands.
*The Roof Sunbathing Area - During the day you might want to get away from the pool or the beach and enjoy some semi-private sunbathing time up on the roof. Lounge chairs are abundant adjacent to the BBQ area.
*The Shuffle Board Area - Located on the north side of the building, there is ample room to play shuffle board on one of the courts or play catch on the large grassy area.
*The Beach BBQ - The beach barbeques are located between the pool and the fish pond.

The BALANCE for the reservation is due 45 days prior to the arrival date, however full payment is due at the time of booking for all reservations booked within 45 days of arrival. $300 Non Refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, with NO refund after the balance is paid.
